All five of our attorneys are Utah natives. The Froerers grew up milking cows and hauling hay. The Mileses both graduated from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, which is ranked by U.S. News & World Report as a top-40 law school nationally.

When applicable, as in personal injury or medical malpractice cases, we handle lawsuits on a contingency basis. This arrangement means injured clients pay us nothing unless we win their case. Other case types are paid for in either flat fees or hourly rates, which we are upfront and reasonable about.

Robert L. Froerer has been practicing law since 1985. His almost four decades as an attorney give our team invaluable leadership and first-hand knowledge to draw upon.
Bryce M. Froerer is an attorney who is well-known for his compassionate advocacy. He serves as guardian ad litem during parental disputes, meaning he represents children’s best interests in court.
Kelly B. Miles has practiced law since 1989. He has spent his entire career at our firm. Mr. Miles also served as a member of the Utah House of Representatives from 2017-2023.
Zane S. Froerer has proven himself by winning various court trials and appeals. He served on the Board of Directors for the Utah Apartment Association. This gave him a deeper knowledge of real estate law.
Matthew B. Miles grew up around our firm. Seeing the difference Froerer & Miles' attorneys made in clients’ lives inspired him to do the same. His education complements our senior attorneys’ extensive knowledge of the law.
